A 2-week process where we review your agency's marketing systems, and then give you a plan that you action immediately.

What you get:

  • 1 hour kick off call where we discuss current challenges and what success looks like for
    your agency.

  • Full review of your marketing systems, content, data, opportunities, quick wins and immediate actions.

  • An action plan highlighting the things you can do now, using what you already have, plus what you can implement later. A sample content plan bespoke to you will be provided to give you an idea of how to take things forward.

  • 1 hour action call, where we discuss next steps, any questions and get you started.

Operations Sprint - £1,250

Who is this for?

The sprints are aimed at agency founders or solo freelancers who want to level up their operations or marketing, ready for the next stage of the journey.

How do I know I need it?

The most common reasons clients come to us is because they are stuck in the weeds, you know you’ve got a great agency, you do great work, but you need help unpicking things, or showcasing your work.

Who should be involved?

We work directly with the founder or MD. The reason being that this is foundational work that needs to come from the very top. If you have a marketing or ops manager, then of course you can include them.

How does payment work?

Once you sign up, we'll send a payment link so you can pay upfront by card. It keeps things nice and simple.

Who will I work with?

You'll work directly with our founder, Rob. Ex agency owner, and former head of a community for owners.
He has years of experience helping agency owners

Do you offer other deliverables?

Not as part of the sprint. We keep that focused, it’s the most effective way to get you ready for the next stage. If you need help with implementation or ongoing support we can chat about that after.

How much time will it take?

We aim for 2 weeks from kick off call to the action call, but this varies depending on your availability. We will send over a questionnaire before the first call. It should only take about half a day of actual time during those 2 weeks.
